I have a tablespace offline because it has 10 datafiles and one of them is offline (phisicaly the datafile exists, but is in recover state and the database was intalled in NOARCHIVELOG mode). I want export information for this tablespace, is posible put online the tablespace.

Unfortunatelly, not. Until you bring all the tablespace's datafiles online the tablespace couldn't be changed to online. The datafile headers has to sync and that means to be online and accessible first.
