Hi basically oracle 7.3 is an RDBMS ...(What is RDBMS? :)) Look at the Codd's Rules) .. Coming to 8 its called as ORDBMS i.e. Objectt Orient RDBMS...u have the features like Object technology etc and 8i as it sounds Internet Capability...built in Support with Java and hence Internet Capability.. and yeah u can call 8i as WORDBMS....

is that ok ?
