How can I increase the library cache but not increase the shared pool size?

There is no way to explicitly specify Library Cahce size, even if you increase shared pool, it doesn't neccessarily increase Library Cahce. You don't need to worry about the size of Library Cache unless you are sure what you are doing.

Increase Large pool size and Java pool size.. :)
