I want to export database data to a text file,
my database characterset is 'UTF8',now I want to change to 'ZHT16BIG5' in this session ,but It can't to use Alter session set nls_characterset='ZHT16BIG5'
Anybody know how to change characterset in sqlplus and how to use DBMS_SESSION.SET_NLS to change characterset ?
