Hi,

We are running Oracle 8.1.7.00 on win 2K SP3.
Hardware: Hyperthreading dual processors with 2.4GHz
6G RAM with 4GT i.e. /PAE and /3G switch. SGA is 2.7G with VLM parameter enabled. When we have more than 110 sessions the cpu utilization is 100%. Where as on NT 4.0 I do not see the same issue. Appreciate any help regarding the same.

Thanks

I would suggest you to look at the latest Oracle patchset, the latest might be 8.1.7.5 or something I believe.
