ora 01081 cannot start already running oracle
i disconnected the oracle without shuting down
abnormally closed but when i tried to start startup i got this message.why so i used startup force.where
this instance will be running when i disconnected abnormally where the oracle is running

what exactly oracle.exe applicaition running on process wheter its allocating from sga
or cpu or ram

login in as sys and shutdown the database.
Make sure the service is not autostarting( from control panel/services).
reboot the machine.
mount and open the database manually.
if everything is ok, change the service back to autostart.
