There is no real answer for such a question. It depends a lot what your application is doing, how it has been implemented, how many users are realy using it at the same time, system availability...

The best way to find it is to test it. Begin with a simple workstation/PC as DB server and 5, 10 or 20 concurent user. This way you would get kind of an idear of the ressources required by your application for 350 users
