The database have been upgrade to oracle 9i and spfile created. We need to create undo_ tablespace and set all the appropriate parameters eg undo_management and and undo_tablespace.
What happen to the rollback_segments initialization parameters after I drop the old rollback segments and the rollback tablespace ? Will oracle unset it or I have to do it manually

If you set UNDO_MANAGEMENT=AUTO, then the rollback_Segments parameter is ignored. Its used only when you are using MANUAL allocation which is the default. You can just remove this entry.
