What version of Forms are you running?

You can run from either an Oracle Application Server or from a personal Developer Server.

Have you installed the Oracle Reports Server and Forms Server on your PC?

Okay .. the best way to learn how to run your form through a browser is to install the Reports Server and Forms Server (in that order) from the 6i CD onto your PC.

Configure the Forms Server, then run and build your Form.

Are you able to run your form from the Forms Buolder on your PC at the moment?

Do the reports server first and the forms server second, otherwise the reports server installation will 'zap' your forms settings.
