Can any one please help me to solve this error message..:
FRM-40508:ORACLE error: unable to INSERT record

Please tell me how to solve it asap.

If you get this error press SHIFT + F1 (show error) and look why the record cannot be inserted.

FRM-40508: ORACLE error: unable to INSERT record. Cause:  A fatal error occurred while trying to insert a record. The table associated with the current block of the form might not exist, your username might not have authority to perform the specified action on the table, or some other reason might have caused the fatal error.
Action:  Contact your DBA.
Level:  >25
Type:  Error

I know, the FRM message actually tells you nothing. It's the server ORA message + the SQL statement you're interested in. In Client/Server Forms environment you can get that info by pressing shft+F1. In 3-tier environments I don't know the combination by heart.

Check the column name of base table is same as the field name and coumn name in prperty pallete for the same fiels. Also check is there any lack in insert previledge or size is full in the tablespace...
